13 BAO distance ratios (DV/rs, DM/rs, DH/rs) at 7 effective redshifts from 14 million DESI galaxies and quasars (3 years of data), plus the full 13x13 covariance. This is the load-bearing dataset of the expansion seam: the evolving-dark-energy preference dies without it (drop-BAO kill test collapses to delta-chi2 = 0.8).
