A publication is a record fixed at the moment it is archived — it never changes again, even when the science moves. The registry is the living version; the Library is what you cite.
The Library is empty on purpose.
A citable snapshot belongs here only when it is genuinely citable — posted to arXiv or issued a registered DOI. Until then the science lives, and moves, in the registry, where every number carries its provenance and a computed status. We would rather have an empty shelf than a self-published one.
