Claim reproduction scripts (all remaining seams)

The python3 scripts behind every remaining registry claim — the CMB boundary and tilt seams, the expansion/dark-energy fits, discreteness, quantum-foundations and galactic-dynamics work. Together with information-seam-scripts this closes the gap between the site's promise and its contents: before this pack, 47 of 73 claims named a script that existed only on the founder's machine. HONEST CAVEAT, because it matters: roughly 16 of these run standalone on numpy/scipy alone, but about 25 need external data files (Planck/WMAP maps, SN and BAO tables, catalogs) that are separate datasets in this catalog — downloading the script is necessary but not always sufficient. Each claim page names its script; the data it needs is listed alongside. By our own independence rules a re-run of this code is R0 — it demonstrates the result is reproducible, not that nature independently agrees.
